MORE than 150 parents, teachers and pupils gave classrooms and hallways at The Beaconsfield School a new lease of life with a Changing Rooms style make-over.
Brushes, emulsion and rollers were at the ready to give the school a new look from adults and children, who all got their hands dirty in aid of a good cause.
Alex Russell, the headteacher at the school has been working to give the pupils a school they can be proud of. He believes by giving the school a new lick of paint they can take pride in their surroundings.
He said: "Expectations and self-esteem are key things I want to instil in the pupils here."
