WE would like to express a sincere heartfelt thank you to John Barlow and the Little Missenden Parish committee members for organising the replacement of the plaque at Holmer Green Village pond, in memory of Nem and Ian, who died in a road accident in 1984.
Another anniversary of our loved ones was fast approaching so it was more poignant for us to try to organise its replacement as quickly as possible.
John and the committee members felt that the plaque is part of the heritage of the village it has been in place since 1984, and so organised the replacement in time for July 13. This means so much to all of us as it is such a wonderful memorial to both Nem and Ian. A big thank you from both families for your time and effort put into organising such a fantastic replacement!
Pam Schopp, Holmer Green
