Life in the house turns sour for Makosi.

Day 49
Kemal and Derek are convinced Makosi is a mole. Her friendship towards Kemal turns sour. She is convinced there is a twist to this week's nominations but Vanessa disagrees.

Day 50
Big Brother writes a message on a window to say there is a mole in the house. Unbeknown to the Housemates it's a furry toy hidden in the garden. Makosi rubs the message off. Most of the Housemates suspect it's Makosi.

Davina announces the names of the six Housemates who did not nominate this week as being up for eviction. Makosi and Vanessa polled the highest number of votes. In a sick twist, the Housemates are forced to choose either Makosi or Vanessa to go in front of them. They all choose Vanessa, apart from Kemal. She is evicted.

Day 51
Makosi struggles with the knowledge that the public don't like her. Derek and Kemal are still convinced Makosi is a mole.

The Zimbabwean nurse tells Science and Orlaith she doesn't think the nursing profession will want her back after going topless on TV and what happened in the pool. Eugene finds the toy mole.

Day 52
Housemates are set a mini-task where they must only sing to each other for the duration.

Makosi confronts Kemal about why he voted for her on Friday. They have an argument and she gets upset.

Day 53
The House has been turned into a Human Dog School as this week's task. Kemal tries to make amends with Makosi but accuses her of being a mole. The pair then decide to play a practical joke on Orlaith by agreeing to hide her make-up bag.

Day 54
Makosi has already broken the task rules during her role as a dog. Orlaith and Science are up for nomination this week. Makosi refuses to get involved in an argument between Science and Derek.
