TEA CLUB meets as usual on Tuesday between 3pm and 4.30pm at The Chequers pub in Fingest.
LANE END DAY CENTRE is holding its annual picnic at the Sue Ryder Centre, Parmoor next Saturday, July 30, from 6pm. There will be live music from the Bisham Concert band, a raffle and silent auction. There will be a prize for the best laid out picnic. Call 01494 883350 for your tickets, price £7.50, children's entry is free.
ONLY A MONTH away, the August Bank Holiday Fete is being arranged even as we speak. Many stalls welcome contributions and if you would like to run your own stall for a local charity, please contact Mary on 01494 881379 with details.
