CHILDREN from a Marlow school found out what it was like to be in the shoes of John Travolta this week, as they rehearsed and acted in a school adaptation of Grease.
Pupils, of Holy Trinity School, Wethered Road, staged the show, called Gel, giving a youthful spin to the popular 70s musical.
And the show, which was staged before parents last Monday and Tuesday evening, was filled to capacity.
Headteacher John Myers, praised teachers and choreographer, Jane Douglas, who helped the children put on the show.
He said: "It was fantastic and a wonderful way to finish off their education at Holy Trinity.
"They had worked on the production for the last five weeks. They also performed in front of infant school children from Marlow C of E School and Little Marlow school."
"They should be very proud of their achievements," he added.
