JUST LUNCH at the Wesley Methodist Church on Fridays at midday will close for the month of August. They would like to thank all the people who have supported this outreach venture during the past year. With their help the Just Lunch committee have been able to donate monetary gifts to local and national charities. The Just Lunch doors will open again on Friday, September 2.

COFFEE SHOP on Saturday at the Wesley Methodist Church from 10am to midday will be open as usual throughout the summer holiday period. Tradecraft goods are on sale and their Christmas card sale will be held on Saturday, October 8. BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED GROUP meets on the third Tuesday in the month at 11am in 9 Terry Road. For more information contact Pauline Mines on 01494 528167, NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH met on July 6 with co-ordinators from Princes Risborough, Longwick, Penn & Tylers Green, Flackwell Heath and Downley attending. It was reported that Community Police Officers are doing a good job in the Longwick and Princes Risborough areas. Doug Meredith, vice chairman gave a report on CCTV for Bourne End. Geoff Pegg, chairs these meetings.

There is a programme of events ahead. One is a Town Centre Community Showcase in Frogmoor on Saturday, July 23. There will be advice on crime issues and there will be literature and home safety equipment on sale. For further information contact Geoff Pegg on 01494 523649.

BREATHE EASY BUCKS meet on Monday, August 8 at Rossetti Hall in Holmer Green from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. Their speaker is Richard Walsh from Mobility Downley.
