FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY will be celebrated at St Michaels and All Angels church on Sunday at 10am, with a special service led by Bishop Richard. After the service there will be a light buffet with drinks and a celebration cake in the hall. Past members of the church are also welcome as well as the many expected guests.

RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION (BOTRA) are urgently looking for a membership secretary, who will be invited to sit on the committee which only meets every few months. ON WEDNESDAY National Trust members will visit Wimpole Hall and Farm. This will be an all day visit with refreshments at two locations and those going are reminded to take their National Trust cards.

CONGRATULATIONS to our wellknown Guider, Eleanor Wilson, who has been promoted to District Commissioner. She has been very instrumental in plans for the new headquarters which will also be a community building.

TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY Concert to celebrate the founding of the Bungoma Link will be held at St Michaels Church on Sunday, July 24. Tickets will be available at the door.

A TEDDY BEAR'S PICNIC will be held at the library in Reynolds Road on Thursday, and will be the start of The Reading Voyage taking seven weeks. This event is for under fives and will be from 2.15pm to 3.30pm. Tickets should be bought at the library, and are available now. Future events will be on Wednesday afternoons, at various times, and for different age groups between six months and 12 years.
