NURSES and health workers can find out more about affordable housing in High Wycombe at an event next week.
Keystart Housing Association is holding a drop-in session at Wycombe Hospital about key worker housing options in the town.
The scheme includes various home ownership packages such as "part buy, part rent" shared ownership of new build properties and equity loans of up to £50,000 to buy a home on the open market.
For those eligible who do not want to buy, discounted renting, with rent subsidised at below market levels, is also available.
There will be solicitors and financial advisers on hand at the event to provide information and guidance.
Jacqueline Day, sales and marketing manager at Keystart Housing Association, said: "As everyone knows, finding an affordable home in or around High Wycombe isn't easy.
"Key Worker Living provides a range of housing solutions to help key workers get the homes they need.
"We'd encourage nurses and other NHS clinical staff to come along and find out more about what's on offer we may be able to help."
The event takes place on Monday, July 18, from 11.30am to 3pm at the Lower Ground Floor Restaurant, Wycombe Hospital, Queen Alexandra Road, High Wycombe.
Health staff are invited to attend to find out about the affordable housing solutions available, and to register for the programme.
