A DECORATOR from High Wycombe who illegally dumped 30 tins of paint was caught during a joint surveillance operation.
Nigel Gillie, of Croftwood, was captured on an undercover camera leaving the containers at a notorious fly-tipping site near Spring Lane, Flackwell Heath.
