AT THE LAST Residents Association committee meeting chairman Trevor Dean produced some computer generated images of how gates might look at the entrances to the village.
While these gates do not actually close they do help restrict and slow traffic. Speed is a problem along the North Road and Brimmers Hill route.
The gates would be similar to those at the entrances to other villages and may be included with other speed reduction measures.
SUMMER BALL organised by the school takes place tomorrow. This annual event is one of many activities held throughout the year and a great opportunity to meet other parents.
Details of this event and others held throughout the year are available from the school office in Escourt Drive. They have a very active fund raising group who organise fun events.
