A LOUDWATER resident has said that missed rubbish collections have forced her to ring the council every fortnight to have her waste removed.
Alison Plant, 27, from Boundary Road, said she should have her refuse collected every week by the council, but at least once a fortnight they miss her house and she has to phone to get her bags removed.
She said: "I have to phone them every other week. I refused to pay my council tax until it was resolved, but they then threatened to take me to court. I have had foxes in the back garden and I have had to go out there and pick up chicken carcasses. It is just not on."
The rubbish collection contractors told Miss Plant they had trouble collecting her refuse because access to her back garden, where her rubbish is kept, is through an alleyway.
A spokesman for Wycombe District Council said they had only received "approximately eight complaints over the last three years".
But Miss Plant said: "That is rubbish. I have called them countless times."
However she added the council had now promised her a wheelie bin free of charge to place at the front of her house to make the rubbish easier to collect.
