PUPILS from Mrs Sarah McDermott's Year 1 class at Loudwater Combined school have been commended by their head teacher for their "exemplary behaviour" on a school trip last week.
Head teacher Ann McGinity was full of praise for the way the children conducted themselves on their visit to Shortenills Environmental Centre in Chalfont St Giles. She said: "They learned a lot and shared it with us when they returned. They have written thank you letters to the centre and will now do a family assembly on the visit."
The five and six-year-olds were accompanied by their teddys who they built shelters for in the woods
