A 17-YEAR-OLD from High Wycombe, charged with the murder of pensioner Alan Irwing, has appeared before magistrates for a second time.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was called to Wycombe Youth Court on Friday, June 10.
Prosecution said no progress could be made and the hearing was adjourned for two weeks.
No applications for bail were made and the youth will remain in custody.
He will appear again at Wycombe Youth Court on June 24 for committal proceedings.
Mr Irwing, 74, was found outside his home in Underwood Road, High Wycombe, on May 19 after being attacked. He died later in hospital.
Five other teenagers were arrested as part of the police investigation. All have since been released without charge.
