RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION invites new members who have an interest in Hazlemere and are keen to voice their opinions. They have been involved in many issues including planning, road and pavement hazards, traffic problems and many others. Their meetings are held at Cedar Barn on the first Thursday in the month at 8pm. If you are interested why not pop along. You will be most welcome.
GOOD NEIGHBOURS are holding a coffee morning at Nickson Court on Friday, June 17 starting at 10am until 11.30am. There will be a cake stall, bring and buy, bric-a-brac and a raffle.
LIBRARY STOCK that is no longer required will be on sale tomorrow from 9.30am until 1pm. Also included will be videos, DVDs, CDs, spoken word and other Al items.
Other events at the library are Bounce and Rhyme on Wednesday and Storytime on Wednesday, June 20. All these events are for the under fives and they start at 10am.
SIR WILLIAM RAMSAY SCHOOL has an Art Exhibition on Saturday, June 18 from 10am until 4pm. It will be a show case for exceptional work by the students at GSE and A level in Art and Design, Art and Textile, Ceramics, Sculpture, Theatre design, Graphical Art and Photography. My wife and I have been to the previews in the past and the work is of a very high standard and well worth a visit.
