A HOMELESS dog that appeared on The Paul O'Grady show on ITV is still looking for an owner.
Luke, a Collie cross puppy, is currently living at The Blue Cross animal charity centre in London Road, Lewknor. The puppy appeared on the daytime television show recently in a feature about rescue dogs needing homes, but so far no one has come forward to give Luke a home.
Julie Stone, centre manager, said: "We were really excited about Luke appearing on the TV show.
"He is a fluffy 14 weeks old, and full of life and energy. He has a wonderful temperament, and we simply can't understand why no one has been able to offer our little superstar a home. We really hope someone will be able to adopt him soon."
The new adoption centre which opened in April, has recently had success in rehoming its first dog. George, a one-year-old terrier cross, was adopted by a local couple, who say he has settled in his new home.
Anyone who would like to rehome Luke or any of the other animals should call 01844 355208
