BRIGHTLY coloured swirling rides and traditional wooden board games nestled side by side at St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church annual May Fair.
Villagers were blessed with good weather and many picnicked on the grass between enjoying the rides and browsing among the many beauty and fashion stalls.
Funds raised from the day will go towards buying equipment and refurbishing St Joseph's Catholic Combined School, in Chalfont St Peter.
The total funds raised are still being calculated, but the church was pleased with the good turn out and confident this would translate into plenty of pennies.
