A number of cafes in the town serve Fairtrade tea, coffee and hot chocolate including the Spot Light cafe, the Parisienne and Lucia's.

THE LATEST THING to be seen wearing is colourful wristbands in support of a charity for project. Since the cancer scare with Kylie I have been asked where you can get the pink wristbands for cancer research. They are available at £1 each from the cancer charity shop in the High Street.

(It must save a lot of rubbish) OVER 50s travel club now has record number of members. Trips are mid-week and Saturdays. Bookings for all trips start one month prior to departure. This is intended to stop the block booking scenario.

There are car parking facilities, at owners risk, at Red Lion and Broadway.
Annual membership costs £3. If interest contact the secretary of the Over 50s Travel Club, Jill Hearing, 6 Nightingale Road, Chesham Bucks HP5 2DX. Telephone her on 01494 783676.
