High Wycombe nurse Makosi Masumbasi is one of the housemates in the Big Brother House. Ushma Mistry is following her survival.
Makosi's story in the Big Brother house, so far ...
Day 1
Makosi became the unlucky 13th Housemate by getting herself nominated for the public vote next week, minutes after entering the House.
She was called to the Diary Room to hear, "You have just made your first mistake. You are automatically up for eviction. Unlucky."
Makosi was told the Housemate who receives the most nominations will be immune from the eviction and her secret mission was to get the most nominations.
She has to make herself as unpopular as she could to secure the most nominations.
Makosi was strictly forbidden from discussing her position with the other Housemates. But Big Brother helped her cover her Diary Room secret by announcing she had won the House their first party.
Day 2
Makosi misunderstood her secret mission and was summoned back to the Diary Room after being nice to everyone.
Once Big Brother explained what she had to do again, she said: "I can turn out to be the real B word and put on my diva syndrome. I can break the record and make all 12 housemates nominate me."
The first thing she did was switch all the lights on while the other housemates were sleeping and Maxwell was the first to have a go at her.
As all the housemates' suitcases were delivered to them, everyone's keys to their suitcases worked apart from Makosi's as part of Big Brother's plan to make her unlucky. Evil Big Brother gave Makosi a key ring with hundreds of keys on it and told her the key she needed was on it. She said: "I can't believe this. It could take hours. I don't want my clothes anymore."
She finally found the right key and opened her suitcase.
Day 3
Continuing on her quest to get the most nominations Makosi ensured everyone got out of bed on the wrong side when she inflicted four minutes of piercing alarm noise on her sleepy Housemates.
When the screeching alarm ripped through the House all Housemates hurried to get out of bed and dressed in a bid to stop the awful noise. Not Makosi though.
She had figured out that, if she stayed in bed, the alarm would continue to sound. Another brilliant way to ensure the Housemates dislike her and nominate her.
Big Brother also told Makosi that if she washed all the aprons worn during their first painting task she would win the house some alcohol. But in line with her game plan she refused to do it sparking outrage from the others and turned on the waterworks.
Day 4
Makosi did not wash the aprons after agreeing to do so last night causing all the other housemates to have a go at her. Saskia pointed out that Makosi can be sweet and funny, but then does something terrible again. She rows with other housemates in a bid to make herself unpopular.
Day 5
Makosi has revealed to Big Brother how she intends to use and control certain Housemates to avoid eviction. She plans to annoy the entire House, keeping the morning alarm going by staying in bed. However the key to her success will be her manipulative skills. "I'll use my little puppets," Makosi boasted. "That's Kemal, Derek and Lesley."
She informs the other housemates that she is a virgin but not everyone believes what she is saying. Unbeknown to the others this is all part of her game plan to get nominated.
Kemal has become one of Makosi's closest friends in the house and has vowed to stick by her despite everyone else's hatred towards her.
Day 6
Makosi and Kemal join forces and bitch about the other housemates under a duvet.
She tells some of the housemates that she is not a virgin and that she lied. The other housemates begin to doubt Makosi which is what she wants so that she will pool the most nominations.
Big Brother has asked Makosi to return some things from Mary's birthday party. She pretends its a task that the housemates have to pass. "They are not clever, as long as they see a white paper they believe it," Makosi whispered to Kemal in the Diary Room, referring to the Housemates' gullible natures. Makosi tries to get an insight in to what the other housemates think of her to see if she is succeeding in her secret mission.
Makosi learned she had successfully won the mini task set by Big Brother and polled four votes as well as Sam and Roberto which means none of them would be up for eviction. Instead Makosi was given the task of choosing two housemates who would be up for nomination this week and she chose Mary and Craig and shared her secret mission with fellow housmate Kemal.
