A FLASHER is suspected to be operating in the Great Missenden area. A "brazen" hooded man, aged between 15 and 18, looked his victim straight in the eye as he fully exposed himself on a footpath near Whitefield Lane at about 10.20am on Friday, May 20.
Police say the offender had very pale white skin.He was wearing a black hooded top and black trousers with white stripes.
PC Wendy Fellowes, of Amersham Police Station, said: "This incident has obviously left the victim distressed and upset.
"Crimes of this nature are not always reported by the victim as they feel they are too minor to involve the police, therefore this man may have committed this type of crime before."
Anyone who has had a similar experience in the past few weeks or who has any information should contact Amersham Police Station on 08458 505505 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
