ST LAWRENCE'S CHURCH will be open on Sunday and Monday afternoons from 1pm to 5pm for teas.
This is also an excellent opportunity to visit this fine church and perhaps climb up to the tower and enjoy the view. It is quite spectacular and something well worth seeing, even if it's a bit of a climb.
All money raised from the event will go to church funds and I am assured there will be some delicious cakes available as well.
LODDON VALLEY group of the Ramblers Association will be leading a walk on Sunday from the garden centre car park starting at 9.45am.
This will be the first walk led by John Ginty and will take in Studley Green, Wheeler End and Hellbottom Wood.
The distance is around 10 miles and you should come suitably prepared along with a packed lunch.
This walk is mainly intended for members but new walkers are welcome. For more details contact John on 01344 772267.
A NO RIGHT TURN prohibition order at the junction of Chapel Lane and West Wycombe Road came into effect on Monday.
There has been an experimental no right turn in place for some time to help traffic flow along these two busy roads that join at this point.
THE DEADLINE for return of the Parish Plan questionnaires has now passed.
The results of this will be made available once all the data has been collated.
The Parish Council would like to thank all those who returned their questionnaires.
The results will help plan future services and facilities for residents and visitors to the village and is all part of the service the Parish Council offers to the community it serves.
