TEDDY BEAR event takes place this weekend on the Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway. Each child with a teddy bear will travel free when accompanied by a fare paying adult. Tomorrow trains depart from Chinnor station at midday, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. On Sunday and Monday trains depart from Chinnor station at 10am, 11am, 12.15pm, 1.15pm, 2.15pm, 3.15pm and 4.30pm.
ONE OF THE BIGGEST model railway events in the country takes place this weekend. The Model Railway Club are taking over Stoke Mandeville Stadium on Saturday and Sunday for Railex 2005. Top quality layouts and specialist traders from across the country will be there. Large layouts such as Bath Green Park, a tribute to the evocative Somerset & Dorset Railway will be featured. To mark this new show TV star Pete Waterman will open the exhibition tomorrow morning.The exhibition is open tomorrow from 10.30am until 5.30pm and on Sunday from 10am to 5pm. There's free parking or buses from Aylesbury Town centre.
