A MAN with a history of mental health problems, who was found dead at his home, has been identified as 36-year-old Anthony Walker.
Mr Walker was found in his council flat in Cotswold Way, Downley, after police broke in following concerns for his safety on Thursday, May 12.
Following a "difficult" post-mortem examination the Buckinghamshire Coroner Richard Hulett has failed to establish the cause of his death.
It is likely that due to the state of the body, Mr Walker's precise cause of death will never be known, Mr Hulett said on Tuesday.
