TODAY the Alpine Society has a talk entitled Cascades, Volcanoes and Flowers by Sue Lyon at 7.30pm in Great Kingshill Village Hall.
TOMORROW at 2pm the Baptist Church have a sale of cakes, plants etc, plus teas in aid of Lighthouse. Donations will be welcome on the day.
THIS WEEK sees the start of Christian Aid Week; collectors will be calling at your house, please support this worthwhile cause. A service will be held at the Baptist Church on Sunday at 6pm for all the local churches.

OUR own local magazine is now on sale at the usual outlets.
ON Saturday, May 21 the flag on Holmer Green Common will be flying to celebrate the 85th anniversary of Bucks' Federation of Women's Institutes. Anyone can have the flag fly for a special occasion. For details contact the parish clerk.
