PARISH COUNCIL had its meeting last week and long standing councillor, Judy Weaver, was voted on as chairman, and Cllr Malcolm Paddick as vice chairman. The parish council is made up of a hard working bunch who concentrate on what is best for residents.

One project in progress is the new Ken Williams Pavilion. This will be a two story building with around double the usable space. There will be a lift and disabled access, as well as a modern kitchen. The pavilion will compliment the sports groups actively using the facilities at the moment and will hopefully encourage more day time and evening use. Congratulations to all the councillors.

RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION meets at the Cedar Barn on the first Thursday of the month. They have been instrumental in many of the things we enjoy as residents.
