A DEPUTY head teacher at High Wycombe's Royal Grammar School appeared at court on Thursday charged with indecently assaulting teenage boys at a London school in the 1990s.
Nicholas David Cousins, 51, of Bassetsbury Lane, High Wycombe, faces four counts of indecent assault against three teenage boys at Dulwich College in South London.
He appeared before magistrates on Thursday, MAy 12, at London's Tower Bridge Magistrates Court.
Marian Fitzpatrick, prosecuting, outlined the offences which Cousins is alleged to have carried out when he was a housemaster at the public school.
District judge Timothy Stone declined jurisdiction for the case and committed it to crown court for trial.
Cousins will appear at Tower Bridge Magistrates Court again on June 13 for committal proceedings.
He was bailed on the condition that he does not contact any of the alleged victims or come into contact with children in an organised capacity.
Reporting restrictions were not lifted on the case.
Ex-PE teacher Cousins, who joined the Royal Grammar School, in Amersham Road, High Wycombe, in 2000, is currently suspended by the school pending the court proceedings.
