THE proposed "redevelopment" of Higginson Park in Marlow is a totally unnecessary project which would serve no useful purpose whilst at the same time spending vast amounts of ratepayers' money.
Higginson Park is a beautiful green space as it is and should be left well alone. None of the three ideas that have been suggested would in any way improve what it is at present it needs no "redevelopment."
The only people to benefit from the scheme would be the developers.
The majority of people in the Marlow area however would not thank the district council for approving any of these three proposals!
