Increasing frustration with any lack of coherent argument and economic reasons for being part of the EU prompted Marlow businessman, Bob Davis, 55, to stand as the UK Independent Party's local candidate.
A committed Christian, Bob believes it is time for this sovereign self-governing nation to withdraw from the ever-increasing control of the EU but remaining a trading partner.
This will free up the billions sent to Brussels each year for us to spend on our hospitals (the Wycombe Baby Unit), on education, crime prevention, pensions.
It will give us back control of our borders to limit immigration (and hence the pressure on our services. We can then cut the 100,000 petty EU regulations which strangle businesses and cost jobs in the local community.
Having lived in Marlow and Wycombe for 20 years, and seen their three children educated in local schools, Bob and his wife Diana, who is standing as UKIP candidate for Bucks County Council, have always played an active role in the local commun
