A FATHER-OF-TWO died when the car he was driving was in collision with a motorcycle on Monday night.
Roderick Macgregor Just, of Jug Cottage, Toby Lane, Little Missenden, died from multiple injuries in the crash, at the junction of the A413 and Village Road, Little Missenden.
Mr Just, 45, who was known as Greg, leaves a wife Victoria, and two daughters, Arabella and Alex.
Mr Just was best man at pub landlord Trevor How's wedding in 1981.
Mr How 40, landlord of The Crown, in Little Missenden, said: "I last saw Greg over the bank holiday weekend - he was in good form.
"Greg was a good friend, and well-liked in the area. He played a lot of tennis and football for pub sides, but his main interest was polo - he toured Argentina with a team on one occasion."
Learner driver Wayne Vincett died when his Ford Fiesta was in collision with an Audi Quattro, in Station Road, Quainton, Aylesbury, at 10pm last Friday. Chesham-born Wayne, 17, of Quainton, died at the scene of the accident. Audi driver John Blanchard, 52, of Quainton, suffered minor injuries.
A police spokesman said: "It is believed at this time that the driver was a learner driver who was not being supervised when the accident happened."
A 14-year-old passenger suffered a serious head injury.
