This follows the relocation of owners John Little Associates.

HIGH-quality serviced offices in Draymans Lane, Marlow, have been let to Wrigley Foster Ltd, a company connected with the pharmaceutical industry, which was already based in the town.

The letting of the offices, called the Old Barrel Store, was arranged by Slater Associates of Marlow.

The commercial agent has also let Unit 29 at the Riverside business centre, Victoria Street, High Wycombe, to web site specialists Surf Web, formerly of Maidenhead, at a rental of £11,500 pa.

And the agent has let Unit 4 at 10/11 Halifax Road, Cressex Business Park, to the Keen Group, a specialist manufacturer of high-quality office furniture relocating from East London. The rental figure agreed is £5.25 per sq ft.

PHILIP Marsh Hardings Deung, of Windsor End, Beaconsfield, has sold the freehold of St Leonards House, St Leonards Road, Windsor, for close to the guide price of £1.65 million.

It was acting on behalf of owners Warner Estate Holdings plc.

The property is let to three tenants, including Pearl Assurance Group, whose leases expire between 2004 and 2016.

The offices total about 5,414 sq ft and the total current income is £130,312 a year.

Carillon investment Ltd, a privately-owned investment/trading company based in Ireland, acted for the purchasers.

UNIT 1 at The Courtyard at Meadowbank, Bourne End, has been let by Bourne End Properties to Tactical Marketing Ventures, formerly of Marlow.

The 20,000 sq ft unit at the riverside office building has been taken on a ten-year lease at £25 per sq ft. This is an exclusive deal.

The agents were Aitchison Raffety in the High Street, High Wycombe and Lee Baron of London.

DUNCAN & Bailey-Kennedy in Castle Street has let an office and storage building in Summerleys Road, Princes Risborough, on behalf of a local investment company.

The property has been taken by Manchester-based company Neonatal Perspectives Ltd on a new lease. The quoting rent was £8,000 pa.
