ROCK star Robbie Williams failed to entertain youngsters who claim the star refused to give them his autograph outside Wycombe Six cinema.
The star whose hits include Let me entertain you, went to see the latest British hit Billy Elliott at the High Wycombe cinema with former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell.
The pair were spotted after Saturday's showing by five young fans including Victoria, 11, and William Rixon, eight, and Joanne Maynard, 11. Joanne asked for Robbie's autograph but she said the star just pushed past them.
Mother Elaine Rixon said Victoria and William, who watched X-Men, were very disappointed.
Mrs Rixon, 39, of School Close, Downley, High Wycombe, said: 'Every time Robbie's song comes on the radio, the kids switch it off.
'They were big fans of Robbie. They had all his records. They now think he is horrible and don't want to buy his records any more.'
Mrs Rixon added: 'They were not a crowd of 400 people screaming, but five children. Joanne asked for his autograph and he pushed past them.
'Geri kept her head down and was clinging to his arm.'
Vicki Locke, press officer for UCI cinemas, confirmed Robbie and Geri visited UCI High Wycombe on Saturday.
She added: 'Our management team believe it was the real stars. They were definitely there and the cinema have told me they watched Billy Elliott. Straight after the show they wanted to get off home.
'They were nice and polite to staff at the cinema.'
A spokesman from Robbie William's management at EMI Records said: 'He Robbie is uncontactable at present so we are unable to verify this story.'
Freud Communications, Geri's public relations company, refused to comment on the matter because they said it does not involve her.
