February 7, 2001 11:02: A BUSINESS networking group has recently launched its own website to provide its growing number of members with information.
Chiltern Leads was formed around three years ago.
Its members come from as far afield as Princes Risborough and Gerrards Cross, as well as Amersham and Chesham, they either live in the Chilterns and work outside the area or vice versa.
Today it has around 25 to 30 members at its fortnightly Tuesday breakfast meetings at Cafe Romano in Amersham High Street, from 7.15am to 9am.
More information can be found on its website: www.chilternleads.co.uk.
Chiltern Leads and Chesham in Business, the newly-defined Chamber of Trade and Commerce, have joined forces to organise this year's networking event on May 22, the third to be held at the Elgiva Theatre, Chesham.
Forty-one of the 48 stands available had already been reserved by the end of last week.
Eric Springate, chairman of the Amersham and District Chamber of Commerce, said: "The emphasis this year will be on increasing the number of visitors, who will be encouraged to bring their own business cards and mix and match."
