February 12, 2001 17:12: OLYMPIC rower Tim Foster is all set to present five more charter marks to Wycombe District Council for its services to the community.
The awards take the council's tally to 21 for 2001 after the Government's Cabinet Office found departments had improved efficiency, accessibility and management.
Cashiers, community call and Court Garden Leisure Complex, Marlow, have been awarded marks for the second time, building control has the award for the third time and Risborough Area Information Centre has achieved its first mark.
