February 22, 2001 11:25: Ranks Hovis McDougall (RHM) has appointed MICHAEL SCHURCH FMCA as group finance director at its UK headquarters in Liston Road, Marlow.
Mr Schurch, who is married with three daughters, became executive director of RHM Food Ingredients division in 1999 and director of corporate finance and development for RHM Ltd in August last year.
Gunmarkers E J Churchill co-owned by Sir Edward Dashwood and Mark Osborne, has appointed CHRIS BATHA as international sales consultant.
Chris, who has been engaged in all aspects of the English gun trade for the past 15 years, joins the Lane End company from Atkins Grant & Lang.
Sir Edward said: "This appointment is true to our original intention of recruiting the very best people from within the gun trade."
High Wycombe marketing communications specialist MPS International has made two new appointments.
GEOFF TURNER, who joined the Desborough Road company as financial controller in 1995, has been appointed general manager while HEATHER LEPPARD has been appointed to the MPSI board as sales director with overall responsibility for existing client sales and new business activity.
