February 22, 2001 11:05: AS by your own admission (Editor's Chair, February 15) words of five syllables are an obstacle and simple mathematics "makes your brain hurt", which must preclude the ability to assess most arguments, how do you form your very forthright opinions for Editor's Chair and Editorials? Do tell.
