February 26, 2001 16:49: THE library in High Wycombe is looking forward to World Book Day with a number of activities.
World Book Day is on March 1 and more than 30 countries took part last year.
At High Wycombe Library in Crendon Street there is going to be a lucky dip for readers to try a different author.
Assistant librarian Janet Smith said: "People who want to try a different author can pick out a book from a sack."
Publishers Osbornes's will also be in the foyer, holding a book sale. An estimated 14 million £1 book tokens have ben given out and these can be redeemed there.
