Edwin Rye, BBC Gardener of the Year in 2002, will be talking to Booker & District Horticultural Society on Friday (March 20th). Edwin Rye, who gardens in Wendover, is said to have a particularly good eye for colour in the garden. He was seen recently on television taking part in the Gardener of the Decade competition. All will be welcome at the talk which starts at 8pm. The charge for visitors is £1. For further details ring 01494 630192.
