The full name of a man who was found dead in Chesham has been confirmed.
On November 13, a 49-year-old from the area was reported missing, with a body being discovered in the town 48 hours later.
Thames Valley Police announced on November 15 that whilst a ‘formal identification’ had not yet taken place, they believed the deceased man was the person they were looking for.
The man has now been confirmed as Stuart O’Brien, Buckinghamshire Coroners Court has announced.
In a statement to the Free Press, they said: “The outcome of a postmortem investigation is awaited before a decision can be made with regard to an Inquest into his death.”
Following the discovery of Mr O’Brien, the force confirmed that ‘his family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained ‘officers’.
