Aylesbury colleagues at Oscar Lodge are celebrating after Churchill Living won a prestigious national award.
The company achieved a Gold Award in the ‘Best Retirement Home Developer’ category at the 2024 national WhatHouse? Awards for the second consecutive year.
The WhatHouse? Awards, hosted by actor James Nesbitt, are recognised as the ‘Oscars’ of the UK house building industry.
The event took place on November 15 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and was attended by more than 1,300 industry professionals.
The 'Best Retirement Home Developer' category acknowledges the top developers in the later living sector, with criteria including commitment and contribution to the promotion and enhancement of retirement housing.
This consecutive win underlines Churchill's leading position in the sector, thanks to its quality developments across the country, including Oscar Lodge on Cambridge Street.
Spencer J McCarthy, Churchill’s chairman and CEO, said: "I’m incredibly proud to achieve this accolade for a second year running, which underlines the strength of our business, the quality of our product and the positive change we strive for on behalf of our sector.
"Awards like this would not be possible without our fantastic team of people around the country, so I’d like to thank everyone across the Churchill Group for the hard work that goes in throughout the year to help achieve this success."
Oscar Lodge offers stylish, energy-efficient retirement apartments in Aylesbury.
