Tap dancers from the Maggie Monk School of Dancing in Chesham attempted to break a Guinness World Record.
The junior and adult dancers practised the same routine as thousands of others across the country.
On Sunday, November 19, they tapped to the Spice Girls' 'Spice Up Your Life' at 1pm as part of the annual charity event by The Performance Project, raising money for Children in Need.
Georgie Ketteman, principal of the dance school, said: "This was our 11th year participating in the national Tapathon event.
"It’s wonderful to bring the whole dance school together and it’s such a great way to raise money for a worthy cause."
The event was a nationwide effort to break the record for the largest number of tap dancers dancing together at any one time.
