Plans have been lodged to demolish a 74-year-old village house and replace it with a new family home boasting a cinema complex.
An application has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council for permission to demolish a large property on Wood End, Stoke Wood.
Photos show the current property has a swimming pool in the rear garden, as well as a large conservatory.
But under proposals put forward last week, the building could be knocked down to make way for a new family home.

The new property is described as a 'neo-classical home from the Georgian era' and would have accommodation on the ground and first floor.
A cinema complex would also be constructed on the second floor with three parking spaces and a bicycle store outside.
The house is expected to serve as the main residence of the applicant and their family.
In the planning documents, produced by architect firm Landmark Group, it says: "The family wants a neo-Georgian home which they can enjoy while the children are young and have enough room for entertaining friends and family.
"This is to be their forever home they have always wished for, with significant kerb appeal.
"Based on our extensive knowledge of the area (over 20 Landmark approvals in the council), we have designed a home that is of each side boundary and maintains similar heights widths and depths with comparative plots.
"While architecture is not an exact science it is felt that a fair balance between the needs of the applicant and the council has been achieved on this submission.
"This is a beautiful home and one that we feel will home a family for generations."
The property is located near the junction of Collum Green Road.
A consultation is underway on the plans and is due to run until December 6.
A decision is expected to be made by January 9, 2025.
