Aylesbury's Bluebird Care is urging people to 'look after yourself' during Self-Care Week.
Running from November 18-24, the event is organised by the Self Care Forum, a UK group promoting self-care to extend healthy living and ease pressure on local health services.
This year's theme is 'Mind and Body', encouraging people to take charge of their health.
The Self Care Forum suggests activities such as taking Vitamin D supplements, staying connected for mental wellbeing, regular exercise, and practising good nutrition.
George Morris, Director of Bluebird Care Aylesbury, emphasised the importance of these practices in supporting community health and reducing strain on services.
Bluebird Care provides home and live-in care for various conditions, working with families, social services, and the NHS to meet individual needs.
