A vehicle fire, a house blaze and an out-of-control bonfire are among the incidents firefighters have attended in the last week. 

Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service has been working round the clock to keep the county safe following Bonfire Night.

Below are some of the incidents the fire service has attended in the last seven days:

Large bonfire blaze on Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe - November 9, 6.57pm

One appliance and crew from High Wycombe responded to a large bonfire of construction timber.

On inspection, there were no control methods or means of extinguishing the fire.

The crew used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, damping down and turning over the area to check for hot spots.

Commercial property fire on Ardwell Lane, Milton Keynes - November 9, 1.19am

Three appliances and crew, two from West Ashland and one from Broughton Fire Station, responded to a fire on the ground floor of a three-story building containing both commercial and residential spaces.

Two officers and Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.

Fire crews used two hose reel jets and small gear to make the area safe.

A cordon was set up around the area place Thames Valley Police to allow Fire Investigation Officers to examine the site safely.

The incident was handed over to Thames Valley Police.

Vehicle fire in Fullers Slade, Milton Keynes - November 9, 4.24pm

One appliance and crew from Newport Pagnel responded to a car fire.

The car was 100% destroyed by the fire.

To extinguish the fire and make the area safe firefighters used one hose reel jet, one set of breathing apparatus, a thermal imagery camera and small gear.

Fire in an electrical intake unit at Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes - November 10, 12.10am

Two appliances and crew from West Ashland fire station responded to a fire in a two-story house.

No internal damage was caused however the external intake was 100 damaged by the fire.

Firefighters used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

The electrical board were in attendance and isolated the electrics.

Crews completed a Home Fire Safety Visit.

Chimney fire on High Street North, Stewkley - November 10, 3.04pm

One appliance and crew from Winslow Fire Station responded to a fire in the chimney of a three-storey house.

To extinguish the fire firefighters they used a stirrup pump, a water backpack, a thermal imagery camera, a chimney pack and tools.
