In the coming weeks, eagled-eyed viewers might recognise the location of a soon-to-be-aired Christmas advert.
This comes after a member of the public noticed a TV crew in the Morrisons car park in High Wycombe on the evening of Monday, November 11 shooting an advertisement for the popular cheese snack, Babybel.
The production team was heard giving actors their orders as two security guards ‘struggled’ to move a giant Christmas Babybel out of the back of a lorry.
The take was redone on several occasions.
The crew were seen at the Temple End venue at around 8.30pm on November 11, with a member of staff from Morrisons telling the Free Press that they would remain in the car park ‘for some time’.
The production team remained on location well after the supermarket closed its doors at 10pm.
The commercial in question will focus on the Maxi Babybel, which was launched in 2023.
The product is around 10 times bigger than the original Babybel, and was a huge hit with customers, with it appearing on several cheeseboards during the festive season.
It was available for purchase in Morrisons, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Iceland and Ocado in November 2023 for a limited time only.
