An 18-year-old man has been charged with several crimes after he was captured by police near a High Wycombe primary school.
At around 3pm on Wednesday, November 5, a patrol vehicle was situated along Priory Avenue in the town, directly next to Hamilton Academy.
Moments later, it moved to Priory Road where they were joined by a second car.
Officers were then seen in the area with one shouting at someone ‘to get on the ground’.
The incident occurred just before parents and guardians picked up their children from school.
Thames Valley Police confirmed that they arrested two people from London in the incident and that they were due for questioning.
It has now been confirmed that one of the alleged perpetrators has now been charged.
Shakille Robinson, 18, of no fixed abode, has been charged with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession with intent to supply cocaine and acquiring/using/possessing criminal property.
He appeared before High Wycombe Magistrates’ on Wednesday, November 6, and has been remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on December 3.
Another man, aged 20, has been bailed until January 28, 2025.
