Residents have been warned of an "unusually dressed man" wearing a Hanibal face mask harassing people in a park.
In a post on the Fulmer Village Facebook page, an update from the Paris Council said there have been reports of a man alarming and harassing people in the northern part of Black Park.
The statement adds that police have stepped up patrols in response to a man dressed in a blue leotard, heels, and sometimes wearing a Hannibal face mask.
The person has reportedly been seen climbing trees.
