A village post office will remain closed after its system crashed earlier this week.

In the week commencing Monday, November 4, residents and customers were unable to use the post office based at the Morrisons Daily in Loudwater.

Problems began on Tuesday, November 5 when its computer system ‘was acting slow’, and after they were recommended to restart the programme, glitches began to appear.

It has been out of action since November 6, and no time frame has been given to when it will be repaired.

It is hoped that the issues will be fixed ‘soon’, but no time frame has been given.
