Chiltern Railways is offering free travel for military personnel and veterans this weekend.
The initiative is part of a nationwide effort to support those attending Remembrance Day services.
Serving military personnel and veterans travelling to London for the Services of Remembrance can enjoy free travel on Chiltern Railways services to London Marylebone on either Saturday, November 9, or Sunday, November 10.
Free return travel from London will be available on Sunday, November 10 only.
For those attending a service of Remembrance outside London, free return travel on Chiltern will be available on Sunday, November 10 only.
The offer is open to serving military personnel in uniform or in possession of a current MOD90 Ministry of Defence-issued identity card.
Veterans travelling on these dates will need to show a Veterans Railcard, Veterans Oyster card, MOD-issued Veterans ID, or other appropriate proof of service.
Michael Stewart, commercial and customer strategy director at Chiltern Railways, said: "We are proud to offer free rail travel for military personnel and veterans who wish to pay tribute on Saturday and Sunday.
"Helping with travel for military personnel and veterans this weekend is vitally important so that the armed forces community can pay their respects more easily."
Chiltern Railways is also holding three separate Remembrance Services at London Marylebone, Birmingham Moor Street, and Leamington Spa.
These will take place on Friday, November 8, and Monday, November 11.
