The following cases have been heard at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court...
AIDEN MITCHELL, 20, of Watermead, Aylesbury pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis. Mitchell received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 surcharge plus £85 court costs. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the cannabis.
KEITH BARLOW, 45, of no fixed address admitted remaining on or entering a premises in contravention of a closure order. This relates to The Dovecot Car Park, High Wycombe which he was banned from entering. Barlow was fined £40.
GARY OSBORNE, 67, of Chinnor Road, High Wycombe pleaded guilty to drink driving on Simmons Road Lane End in High Wycombe. He was caught with 46 micrograms of alcohol and 100ml of breath. He also admitted driving without a licence and driving without insurance. Osborne was fined £460 and was disqualified for 38 months. He must also pay £85 court costs.

ALEXIS QUIVET, 45, of Patching Way, Hayes admitted using a phone while driving on London Road, High Wycombe. She was banned for six months and fined £384. Quivet must pay £90 court costs and a £154 surcharge.
RICHARD GOSS, 37, of High Street, Aylesbury pleaded guilty to drink driving on Hatters Lane, High Wycombe. He was caught with 101 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Goss also admitted driving without insurance and failing to surrender to bail at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court. He was banned for 30 months and fined £200. Goss must also pay £85 court costs.
SANDRA TAYLOR, 65, of Spicers Yard, Haddenham admitted to being drunk and disorderly in a public place on Banks Road, Haddenham, persistently making use of a public communication network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety and assault by beating of an emergency worker. This relates to an assault on a paramedic. Taylor received a one-year community order with 40 rehabilitation days. She must pay £250 compensation, a £500 fine and £85 court costs.
