The following cases have been heard at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court...

JOHN WRIGHT, 54, of Victor Lay Place, High Wycombe was found guilty of burglary after he stole £250 from the Dental Implants Centre in Hill Avenue, Amersham. He was sentenced to 12 weeks suspended for 24 months with an accredited programme, 15 rehabilitation days and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £250 compensation and £620 court costs. 

RICHARD MCMULLEN, 69, of London Road, Aston Clinton was found guilty of using a phone whilst driving on London Road. He was fined £96 and received six points. He must pay £400 court costs and a £38 surcharge. 

MARK DIXON, 40, of Grove Lane, Chalfont St Peter admitted two counts of drug driving on the A40 in Denham. He was caught with cocaine and benzoylecgonine - a breakdown product of cocaine - in his blood. Dixon was fined £200 and banned from driving for 14 months. He must pay £85 court costs plus an £80 surcharge.

NASSAR AHMAD, 54, of Barbers Wood Road, High Wycombe pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence. He received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 surcharge. 

RYAN MORRIS, 23, of School Close, Downley admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class A and possessing a controlled drug of Class B. These relate to cannabis and cocaine which he had in High Wycombe. Morris was ordered to pay a £120 fine plus a £48 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. 

DANUT-VASILE BUD, 34, of Eighth Avenue, Luton pleaded guilty to drink driving on Tring Road, Aylesbury. He was caught with 47 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Bud was banned for 14 months and fined £230. He must pay £85 court costs plus a £92 surcharge.
