A historic High Wycombe pub is on the lookout for an experienced new landlord.
Flint Cottage on Amersham Hill is currently being advertised to prospective leasers by Wells and Co.
A new multi-coloured sign has been placed on the wall of the watering hole asking for possible bidders to get in touch.
On the company's website, it is estimated any new landlord would need to invest around £24,200 in future.
This includes a £10,000 security deposit, £8,000 working capital, £5,000 on stock and glassware and an £800 valuers fee.

It is also thought that fixtures and fittings could set back any new landlord by £27,000 for items such as carpets, curtains, tables, chairs and kitchen equipment.
The rental price is listed as £28,500 with a £4,428 service charge per annum, a £2,371 accountancy services charge and £1,302p/a for stocktaking services.
On the company's website, it says: "The Flint Cottage is a grade II listed building standing prominent on the main road with lots of character, including a working fireplace and two other fireplaces which are ornamental.
"The pub is open plan but boasts lots of different areas within the trading area with a mixture of both low seating for dining and higher seating for more casual drinking.
"There is one main servery and good size domestic kitchen, a very large basement cellar and an amazing rear garden area.
"The domestic accommodation is very spacious with office, shower room, kitchen, lounge and four good sized bedrooms.
"This pub would suit an experienced operator who is used to trading a busy town pub in the day time for shoppers and passing footfall, it also has the extra benefit of the train station opposite so can attract the commuters travelling into London and back, then moving trade into the later evening hours.
"Ideally an energetic couple who could cover both front and back of house, being able to facilitate the evening trade."
Anyone who is interested in applying can do so by completing an online enquiry form or by calling the company's recruitment team on 01234 244453.
